The `Carry On' team have an irreverent poke at the French Revolution. In Paris in 1789, two English noblemen rescue their French counterparts from the clutches of the revolting masses and Madame Guillotine. The `Black Fingernail' and his sidekick prove elusive, but the chief of police determines to track them down.
